Mystic Mountain - 3BR Retreat!

If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing, rural property just minutes from all things Lookout Mtn or downtown Chattanooga, then this home is for you! Beautifully remodeled farmhouse with spacious rooms and relaxing environment!

My daughters and I stayed here for 3 nights on a girls' trip. We had an amazing time! The home is actually better, roomier, and nicer than it seems in the listing. We had a bonfire one night which was a lot of fun. It's very conveniently located - close enough to everything, but quiet and private. It has a well stocked kitchen & comfortable beds. Carrie was great with communication. The only thing that I would recommend would be to get the potholes in the driveway fixed. I drive a compact SUV and was able to avoid hitting the really big one, but it was close. If we come back to the area, we would definitely stay here again! Peaceful experience!

I recently stayed at Mystic Mountain, a 3-bedroom retreat managed by Yellow Door Rentals. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. The property listing was not entirely accurate, which led to some unexpected problems during my stay. I tried to communicate with the renter about these issues, but our conversation didn't go smoothly. As a clinical mental health counselor, I understand the importance of constructive communication, but it seemed like we had different expectations. Despite the challenges, I hope the renter takes feedback seriously to improve the property. If you're considering booking Mystic Mountain, I recommend carefully reviewing the listing and communicating clearly with the renter to ensure a smooth experience. *Suggestions for Improvement:* - Ensure the property listing is accurate and up-to-date - Improve communication with guests to address issues promptly - Consider providing more detailed information about the property and its amenities -Let people know that the driveway is unsafe and if using services like door dash, you will need to be on the phone with them. -The driveway is not maintained and it will require a vehicle that you do not care about needing new tires or an alignment after the visit. -The outdoors were unsafe and would not be appropriate for children. -The Rental is in NW Georgia and not TN although they like to advertise that it’s in Chattanooga.
