North Chatt Hideaway! 2BR, Great Neighborhood!

Great place to stay! Very comfortable beds and clean!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at North Chatt Hideaway. The house was easy to find and access and is located in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. It was also very convenient to all the things on our itinerary, including the Tennessee Aquarium and Rock City. Carrie had excellent communication and made everything simple from booking to check-out. We would definitely stay here again!

I had an amazing two-week stay here and couldn’t be happier. The property was spotless, spacious, and felt very safe and comfortable. The location is fantastic and within walking distance to several great restaurants, including an excellent burger spot and a delicious breakfast place. The property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful, especially during a winter storm advisory, which I really appreciated. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Everything was in working order. Carrie was quick to respond to questions. The location was safe. We had everything we needed. Feedback is regarding the contradictions between a high end appliance kitchen and the finishing touches: add stepping stones to area between driveway and front stairs, paint the doors and trim with a gloss paint (the flat looks unfinished), new couch is needed (we sunk in and had a hard time getting out), add an additional hand towel in the kitchen, replace the mattress pads (they crinkle like they are waterproofed), and add a variety of soft and firm pillows on the beds (currently they are all flat). This property seems new to rentals?
